Laughing is good for health and I highly recommend you laugh more. Although there is nothing for me to laugh about at the moment and sometimes there are some kinds of stress that we all need to face in life. But sometimes, it is good to relax and watch some comedy or laugh with friends. it will certainly help to lower your pressure and give you new strength to face life again. When was the last time you luguh and share with us about your laugh experience as well ?

I laugh every single day, I'm sure. It seems like some days like you said there' snothing that funny BUT there is always some amusing little thing to appreciate. Yesterday we laughed a lot because family came to visit, and our family just have a good sense of humor. Lucky that way. I wish I could think of a specific example. If one pops into my head, I'l come back .

I've been known to post "what made me laugh today" posts but haven't in awhile. Like you said, there's nothing to laugh about right now. My kids used to keep me laughing all the time, but they're not home much anymore. My husband doesn't make me laugh much (which takes me back to 'why did I marry him again?'). I like watching funny YouTube videos, especially bloopers from television shows. They make me laugh so hard my tummy hurts.

@wildlittlefan I love this video... so much I wanted to name a baby Charlie. Alas, I never had anymore. But I can't say Charlie without a British accent. LOL!

i just laughed moments ago. i like that picture you attached. when i saw i smiled.
i can laugh non-stop. so much so that i have to gasp for air.. and my stomach is aching from the laughter...so much so that it becomes contagious and hilarious. some started laughing because of the way i laugh.. and eventually all of us forgot why we are laughing...

Thanks for asking that question. I can hardly remember the last time I laughed really hard. Maybe years ago. As I gét older and busier, I notice that I'm not laughing as much as before. But, I'd really love to laugh.. I'ts just so hard to do it nowadays... ??

My brother and his wife came over on Saturday. They are here on vacation. They had a four hour stopover, so to pass time,my brother would wait for a buggy to pass and hop in.He made innumerable trips to the restrooms. He imagined he was royalty and kept waving to all and sundry, nodding his head and bowing . I forgot to mention..... my brother is close to 60. I've been laughing ever since.
