how to deal with the situation?

Recently,I met with a trouble that i didn't know how to deal with it in most appropriate way.All of the employee need write an Company promotion copywriting each week.now i am the trainee in the company so i will finish the task on time.but one of the colllegues want to write hers name with me together ,i agreed.later,my directly leader also want to add hers name with me .the leader asked me abandon the collegue to with her.now i don't know haow to do.

If you promised the first person you would help them then you probably should. The your co-worker will know you can be trusted and hopefully your direct leader will respect you for keeping your word. Just a thought, but aren't those two writing their own promotions?

they just too lazy to do it.the task no any promotion,so they didn't want to do it .and i was a trainee ,i always try my best to do anything asked .may be i didn't learn how to refuse others even my directly leader too lazy to do it .

If it's for your promotion then you should do it by yourself and don't include them in your work.

not for promotion.but must do it or will got punishment.now i don't know how to do that can not let them hate me .
