While we've had lots of staycations in the UK, it has literally been years since we went abroad - four kids with big age gaps isn't exactly conductive to a family holiday, but tonight the decision was made that we'd take our youngest two on holiday to Italy next summer. I'm really excited, we told the kids and as neither of them have been on a foreign holiday so are they! I'm determined to make a contribution (aka save up to buy myself a nice boutique Italian leather handbag as a souvenir!) - hence me making my way back to MyLot, I can't seem to get going but maybe the thought of a nice treat like that will encourage me to write more!
