My brother loves to decorate for holidays and the different seasons. He has already decorated for Fall even though it's not here yet according to our temps.
I have included a picture of our fireplace. The lighting isn't all that great. In front of the fireplace, there are a boy and girl scarecrow with black crows by their feet. On the mantle, he has Fall flowers and candles along with both a male and female Indian.
This is just one area he has decorated. I thought he did a great job. Do you decorate for the holidays and seasons?

Nice job, I like what he's done
I think my furbabies would be confused if I started to do that but I do plan on buying a live cut tree for Christmas just to see what they’d do with it. I’m not going to decorate it though, I just want to have fresh pine in the house for a change.

I've never had a live tree in here so this will be a first and I hope it makes it smell so much better @LCaldwell

@rebelann I am curious to see how our two kittens do this year. We had a new kitten last year and she would not stay out of the tree.

Some years I decorate. Other years I let it slip. This year....my winter wreath is still hanging on my front door, lol.

I love decorating for the holidays. I usually go all out for Halloween, and turn our house and yard into all things Halloween. I decorate for Christmas also, but don't go as crazy as I do for Halloween. Several years ago, I did an amazing patriotic decoration of the house for the Fourth of July.

My brother's favorite holiday for decorating is Halloween. He had so many wonderful decorations when we lived in Vegas but he sold everything when we moved closer to home. He is trying to build up his collection again and I'm curious to see what he buys this year. I would love to see your house for Halloween. You should post pictures when the times comes.
