Cats on the Tube

It is not just the internet, until next Monday Clapham Common Tube Station has been taken over by cats.
Arriving at the station you see the normal advertising posters, but as you exit the station you pass posters of cats in the corridors, posters of cats as you ride the escalator and more cats on the ticket gates.
This is all part of a public art project from a little known group called Glimpse, but calling themselves CATS or Citizens Advertising Takeover Service and all paid for through crowd funding.
The posters have become an attraction. To the bewilderment of station staff, people have been turning up and taking pictures as well as local and international TV and press. Of course, I visited, and took pictures, purely in the spirit of informing the world.
Dog fans need not worry as there are plans for a canine station takeover.

Huh. That's pretty cool. Amazing what artists can come up with.
