Plagiarism on mylot

Plagiarizing a one line post ? It has already some chances to be deleted if it is so short. Some people have really nothing to tell. Report it and the admin will find by himself that it is plagiarized : we have a smart admin.

Is it really plagiarism. One-liners can't be too original. If i say welcome to myLot to a newbie, is that plagiarism? I have said it hundreds of times and read others posting it hundreds of times.

Wow. Plagiarizing a one-liner has to be some special kind of stup.. ... please forgive my language. Anyway, reporting would be the way to go, though I didn't realize there is no option there to give a reason? I guess, I haven't reported anyone recently so I am not aware how it is. Glad that it has been deleted. That way, no one would make the mistake of participating in it, only to have their efforts go to waste after it is deleted. I, for one, spend a lot of time thinking about and writing my posts, so if anyone ever plagiarized it, I would appreciate being informed. So that might be an additional thing you could do aside from reporting - inform the one that was copied so he/she is aware.

Curious without reading ever comment here what have you deduced? Were they playing around or actually trying to make an easy dollar. Sorry I didn't see the post.

Be it a line or a paragraph, Plagiarism is unacceptable.

Admin is usually pretty fast at taking care of issues like this.

Once admin sees it, they will know what the issue is I think.

Hopefully since you reported it, they will take care of it. I see a lot of one-liner posts but they are mostly from new mylotters. I'm assuming they just don't know the rules.

Copying a one line post is very pathetic...

It's such a shame that people have to plagiarize on here. Surely they could find something to say in their own words. It's not as if there's even a word limit!

I'm happy the copied post was deleted. Sometimes I will see something someone else wrote on here and get inspired, but I wouldn't dream of copy and pasting something. The fun is in writing down my own words

I noticed that too where we cannot explain why we report. You can send a message to Admin explaining. . I do it sometimes.

Plagiarism is something which destroyed many sites. Hope admin is watching!

This is why I don't make post that has much quality because others will just copy the whole thing.

You don't have to plagiarize here all you have to do is write a topic you feel about.
