While my zest for a easy and fast weight loss tip , many times on the internet I have come across this name , Gracinia. There are hundreds of articles describing the same. Its a natural product, extracted from a tree which helps in weight loss with minimal side effects. I have also found many success stories. But at the same time, i know that taking a supplement for weight loss is not good for your body. So it has left me kind of confused. Any help here, folks? I really have many extra inches to loose post delivery. My small baby and a full time job with normal household chores does not leave me much time and energy to exercise.

Yeah, I have heard of this one....well if it is natural...it won't hurt...but pills usually don't work. Also, i noticed in the article..the pictures of the girls they have put have NOT used the product to lose weight. I have come across one of those girls Youtube channel where she uses diet and exercise to lose weight.

Diet and exercising is the best and safest way to loose weight and stay fit. But i really am not able to manage my hours to take out time for exercise. I really need to loose weight but scared of any bad consequence, these pills can take me to. Do u know anyone personally who has an experience with gracinia? I don't much believe in ol stories :)

Not Gracinia...but my mom tried the Himalaya weight loss pills...those are also natural...but it didn't help her at all. You might get something better if you visited a doctor for it...they usually don't give anything good for weight-loss over the counter.

My way to lose weight is to do some sport. I do not think that you would lastingly lose weight with pills. I never heard about this one though.

I agree. fruits and vegetables are healthy way to loose weight. But it's not easy to go on a diet restriction. Though thanks for your suggestion, i will definitely try mending my daily intakes !

Hey you could replace pills with drinks that boost your metabolism so you could burn more calories in your daily routine tan you usually do. Like the morning smoothie that i mentioned i my last discussion. Do try it everyday an hour before breakfast and you will start seeing results, Love,
