For my last computer movie, I watched Unfriended. It was made in 2014. It has Heather Sossaman, Matthew Bohrer, Courtney Halverson, Shelley Hennig, Moses Storm, Will Peltz, Renee Olstead, Jacob Wysocki in it.
Unfriended is similar to the British cyberbully movie. Unfriended is about a teenage girl named Laura. She was cyberbullied by several people after a video of her being drunk at a party. She ends up killing herself. Later six friends are Skyping each other. They discover that there is a mysterious person along with them. This person is supposedly laura's ghost. She wants them to confess to the video. They each die one by one.
I DID NOT like this movie. For one like someone said on IMDB, I think it was either a group, or her boyfriend that is behind it. There was Trojan viruses involved. plus it was supposedly the boyfriend who sent her the link about talking to the dead. There is supposedly a sequel, but I won't be seeing it.
Next week i'm watching The Purge: Election Year.

I know a young girl who this happened to in real life. She was just sixteen. I don't think that I could watch this movie for that reason. Bullying is terrible and when a young person takes their live because of it, it is tragic and senseless. The families never get over it. The bullies never seem to care.
I know in the past I said that I wanted to see this movie but now that I know more about it I think I will pass on that one.

I saw unfriended. I thought the movie was kinda fun, although definitely not an oscar worthy one lol. What was funny was watching the monitor, I kept wanting to type things. It was a strange sensation.
