Music = Mood

Certain types of music can send me into an emotional tailspin of sadness, while other types make me want to dance around and be silly.
Some music can add to your misery and depression, while another song will lift your spirits and make you feel calm and at peace.
Right now I am listening to a pretty upbeat and funny song by a South African group called Die Antwoord. You may have seen them on Jimmy Kimmel last night, or in the popular movie Chappie.
What music makes you happy or sad? Mad or glad? I would love to hear about it.

@MissNikki I am easily please when it comes to music. Michael Jackson ALWAYS makes me feel great. I also like to have jazz on in the background while I am cleaning up the house, in the bath or MyLotting. Jazz always puts me in a calm mood.

I definitely know "Fly Me to the Moon". I have heard different versions, including the one by Diana Krall. She is a wonderful singer
I will try to download the other songs that you mentioned!
I also enjoy some broadway tunes.

I agree with you that music changes your mood. I have no particular music in mind but really, it depends on the mood.

I don't watch talk shows so I've never heard of the group. I'm glad you're enjoying it.
Depressive music for me is Country. I won't listen to it. The music I listen to is Christian. It's always upbeat and always makes me feel good about who I am.

In India, we have a wide range of choices to choose from as there are different languages that are spoken in each state. We listen to all music though we do not understand the language..And most of the local music is peppy and makes you all happy and active :)
