Things are always the way you see....maybe you should put more faith and let fear go....do something different than schedule....maybe a walk.....or a dance......but ignore the fear and you will find strength ultimately when your mind is working in the right way

are you alright now.....listen I know what are you feeling, just keep your mind on the good things like good memories of past and you will start to think in positive manner. Just keep this in mind that darkness comes into our life for a limited time only, but light will eventually come into our life and overcome the darkness. Hope you understand what I mean to say.
