Alarm clock is the best method to getting out of bed. If you're the type of person who struggles with staying awake in the morning, a dose of caffeine helps.

Yes i will try alaram clock bt i did not take tea and cofee

Set up an series of alarm for 30 mins... when you slowly start getting up due to it gradually decrease the time to 20 min and then to 10...I did it..worked for me..but time taking
