Every time I read some news of terrorist attacks, I wonder what motivates such young people to commit such inhuman acts. Is it grudge against the government? Are they brainwashed? Why do young and innocent people become terrorists and commit inhuman acts? What point do they strive to prove?

Poverty and brainwashing..To some, it's a message that tells the world to fear them.

@Letranknight2015 I think they need to understand they are feared like we fear a ghost. It is a bad type of fear!

Yes, that is what I thought as well. But still, how can one be so ignorant? How do they think killing innocent people will solve their problems?

They are obviously brainwashed. But the bigger question is, what do the people who brainwash them get from all this after all! They train young people for terrorism like our soldiers are trained at the border. It feels like they simply exist because good has to be balanced with bad! They serve no other purpose anyway!

Yes, I too don't get what they are trying to prove. Why can't they just sit and think about themselves for a moment? I'm pretty sure if they do that, they'd understand the crimes they are doing.

@GiridharanJ if that could have happened, all this would have stopped long ago.... The problem originates because no one gives their deeds a holistic thought. All narrow minded people are the root of troubles

This question pops up my mind as well but I think it is more of brainwashing and their overwhelming frustrations in life. I don't understand it either. It is so wrong on so many levels.

Yes. What can go so wrong in their lives that they are forced to commit such inhuman acts I'll never understand.

The simple answer is they are brainwashed and told their religion is the main thing for them to follow. It is a warped interpretation of their religion that screws with their mind. They are sick individuals. Nothing good ever came from killing people.

@GiridharanJ I know. Ignorance is the driving force I think. Not understanding something for what it really is. And that is what causes people to become radical.

Yes, nothing good ever came from killing innocent people. But still, it happens in the thousands every other day.

@GiridharanJ most of them are not given a choice. They are brainwashed by their friends and family and can't even think of other things apart from following orders. They don't wanna prove any point.I feel there is a leader who mobilizers them and he should be the one to blame
