You have a good start for the coming February exams: Your you welcome the right attitude about studying and learning.
Here are a few tips I make sure that my students organize themselves on a daily basis.
1. Keep yourself healthy. Eat lots of right food such as vegetables and green salads. If you have fruit trees in your area, start picking them (ask permission if they're your neighbor's) and eat them, raw. NO junk and artificially flavored consumption of items (I do not call them 'food' :-)).
2. Eat saturated-rich food. "Oiling of America" by Sally Fallon of Weston A. Price Foundation will explain why. First of, you start by studying why politically incorrect saturated fat, sources of Omega 3 (can you believe it?) is what our BRAIN cells, 75 % of the billions of cells in our body, mostly need.
Coconut oil. Tallow from beef. Lard. Pure butter (not the fake vegetable oil based ones), pure cream, first-cold pressed olive oil are good sources of saturated fat.
3. Study daily. Read and do lots of research on the subject you are studying about.
4. Write notes or copy passages, by hand, on your notebooks, important information you are studying about.
5. Take walks outdoors in the sun daily. Vitamin D (sun) helps with the absorption of Vitamin C you take in everyday. Keep safe and watch your back, by the way, as you walk outdoors.
6. Exercise daily.
6. Think of good things. Whatever is pure, noble, right, good, trustworthy, praiseworthy, lovely, admirable-- think on these things.
Okee dokee, @Sampeet I hope these simple lifestyle will benefit you for a greater good to yourself and to those loved ones around you as you DO them.
