Alarming!

I'm gaining weight and I'm having trouble sleeping at night. The alarming part is that my urine has tiny bubbles. I don't know if I'm sick or not but I guess I should lose weight fast and eat healthy food from now on.

You should see a doctor. Bubbles in the urine may either be an indication of a UTI or be caused by protein in the urine. This may be because of a protein rich diet, in which case, it may be cured by reducing the amount of protein you are eating, but is more likely to be an indication of kidney problems. The cause can only be determined by a doctor who may prescribe antibiotics (for a UTI) or other treatment. Or, of course, the doctor may tell you that it's nothing serious and that it will go away. Either way, it's important that you see a doctor.

I hope it's not serious. I will try to avoid meat for the mean time. I'm so worried right now.

@EMbakes Seeing a doctor is the only way that you will allay your worries. You would have to be taking an excessive amount of protein in, for example, protein-rich drinks or something like that for it to be a temporary condition. A UTI is easy to deal with using the right antibiotic; if it is a kidney infection or malfunction you should have it seen to right away.

If you are taking a certain medicine like weight reducing pills, that is an after effect. The fats are removed out thru your pee.
