Otters are cuties. I don't think I've seen them except the zoo either.

You will never get that close to an otter in the wild.

I love otters. They are one of my favorite animals. Grandfather Mountain has some otters & I took & post some photos of them on here a while back. Did you know that otters mate for life. To find their forever mate they search for the best and most perfect rock they can find & then give it to the other otter they like. If that otter accepts the rock then they become mates. Also they fall asleep holding hands in the wild so that they don't get separated by currents while asleep.
