Coping up with the power failure..

Looking out from the window of our living room, I have witnessed the explosion of a power transformer on the post near our house. One of the busses that's passing along the road infront of our house was stuck because it's roof touched the hanging power line. At first, there was a slight spark from the electric power transformer. After few seconds "boom!" it looked like a firework display that exploded just few meters away from me and my daughter. The electricity failed simultaneously with the explosion. Good thing no one was hurt from that incident. My only concern now is that we don't have power and it will be hot and uncomfortable to sleep..
