Do you know meditation is not only good for your body but it also refreshes your ideas and thoughts. I meditate daily in the morning and it rejuvenates me. Practising meditation will make you calmer also to deal with any situation.
So guys have any of you started meditating!

That is what I take. Power nap for 15 minutes. Really refreshing

When Ever i feel frustrated or obsessed, i just go to my room and turn off the lights. Literately being alone and quite is the best therapy
