Do you know meditation is not only good for your body but it also refreshes your ideas and thoughts. I meditate daily in the morning and it rejuvenates me. Practising meditation will make you calmer also to deal with any situation. So guys have any of you started meditating!

I agree . And even just taking a power nap for 15 minutes would already reinvigorate a person .

Meditation is great and reading. Setting aside some time to ponder relaxes the body and mind. Have a great rest of the week.

When Ever i feel frustrated or obsessed, i just go to my room and turn off the lights. Literately being alone and quite is the best therapy
