I sneezed all day at work today so I knew I was coming down with something. Now my nose is stuffy and I have a headache. There seems to be so many people that are sick this time of year. I don't have anything here to take so I guess I will just have to get through the night the best I can. I will stop by the pharmacy on my way into work tomorrow and pick something up. Hope everybody is well andnenjoying their myLot time.

I've been sneezing, too, but mine is a sign of the changing of seasons. I go through this every year. It's sinus related. A few more weeks and I'll be back to normal again. Just have to keep the tissues nearby!

@Happy2BeMe ,Try to boil ginger, it is also efficacious. Just a small portion of ginger and a glass of water, let it cool and drink it. I did this few months ago. I coughed and coughed despite the anti biotic I took. After 3 days drinking of boiled ginger, my phlegm all came out and after that I no longer cough. I was so thankful to my goggle search about ginger.

The weather has been up and down for the past little while. In the morning when I leave for work it is cold and by the time I get off work it is so hot. One day its warm the next day it is cold.

Take some Zicam immediately and keep taking it. But of course, it could be seasonal allergies, it is bad this time of year.

@Happy2BeMe I use Nasonex for the allergies, it works very well. Zicam has to be used with 48 hours of the start of symptoms but it cuts the cold in half.

I use vics vaporub for the nose and drink green orange to deal with the cold. Rest until you have recovered from the cold. Avoid dusty areas.

@Happy2BeMe Boil a piece of ginger and a few peppercorns in some water and then use that water to make a cup of tea. Or Take a piece of cinnamon, two clove, one cardamom, three or four peppercorns and boil them all together till the water changes color.Add that hot water to a shot of medicinal brandy, and a spoonful of honey.Stir well and sip while still warm. Works every time.

yesterday I had the same problem . I was sitting in my sister's house. I was discussing on some issue and all of a sudden I felt some slight burning in the eyes and there was some temperature. I was feeling some body pains also. I told my sister about it . She went inside and brought some Analgesic stuff with hot water. After taking the tablet I came down and seated myself in the Swing making light movements closing my eyes. Slowly I went to deep sleep for an hour. I got some relief and started working on myLot.

First off, bless you! (since you said you sneezed a lot). And yes this is the time of year for sickness! When I was in school I would always be sick because people are germ filled gross thingies. Hope you are starting to feel better by now since this was posted a ways back, haha!

I can absolutely relate to how irritating that feels. I even brought a whole arsenal with me ranging from hankies, meds, to inhalers, but the sneezing never stopped because of the AC.
