Do you decorate your home for holidays? We are getting ready to decorate for Halloween with indoor and outdoor decorations. I hope my daughter will have time to carve a pumpkin, as she has been doing one for many years. The children all love to see my M&M Decoration that helps me hand out candy.
Christmas we put up lights and my husband does most of the lighting work including the trees, as we have several indoors and one outdoors. My daughter and I put the ornaments on the indoor trees. Do you put up lights?
I love celebrating holidays and even do some Valentines decorating around the house. My husband is use to seeing a new theme for various holidays and seasons. My daughter made lots of homemade decorations and I enjoy displaying them.

I only decorate for Diwali and Christmas....and this year it looks like Diwali will fall around Halloween...because the date for Diwali is based on other things and fluctuates every year....so we will be celebrating quite different things around the same time.
You decorate for Valentines? Thats cute.

Thanks for sharing the holidays you celebrate. I enjoy learning about holidays in other countries. Valentines Day is my daughters favorite holiday, as she loves to give her friends cards.

It sure is time to have family fun. Growing up we did many activities together and home made crafts was so much fun. This made a big difference for my children, as they could see some of the crafts I made as a child. Thanks for posting.

We do enjoy family time singing holiday songs and hanging decorations. I'm already excited to put a tree and my daughter likes to put up her little tree. Thanks for posting.

Most of the houses in my area don't do a lot for Halloween. I think its cool to see all the costumes; specially, the homemade ones. The excitement on the little faces is great to see. Thanks for posting.

@Fishmomma Thank you, my username is a long story, but it comes from the fact that I had a duck pet when I was a kid.

Actually, if I started in September that would certainly mean we could take our time and spend plenty of time talking about each decoration. Thanks for posting and telling me about holidays there.
