Yes it's night here. It's 1:44am! I'm still wide awake. I sleep good during the day, and even if i don't sleep during the day I'm still wide awake at night. It's something about the night. I've never tried milk, but maybe I should.

I have trouble sleeping at night too. I've dealt with insomnia for years and part of it could be because my heart problem and i worry alot. Have you tried melotonin? It's over the counter sleeping medicine it helps alot of people. I just take benedryl though if i can't sleep but half the time i just read my book until i can fall asleep again. If it persist for along time i would seek your doctor.

Oh yes, that's my problem too . Though , i noticed when i don't use any gadget more than an hour before sleeping , i easily get sleepy . But when again i keep playing game on my phone before sleep , it will really keep me awake until past midnight and i have to wake up early the next day .

Some chamomille/ St. John´s wort tea is what sometimes help me. Also, is quite good to do some deep breathing exercises before going to sleep (You can search on Youtube "breathing for relaxation) How do I know? Well, I am a very anxious person, so you can guess, sleeping doens´t come as a natural thing for me.

I don't have problems in getting myself to sleep but these past weeks, I have to stay up late at night to work on my online job.

wash your feet with warm water, the most important is to stay calm. I am sleepy while I am typing" stay calm".

Well I'm always a calm person. I don't know about washing my feet. I've taken hot shower's before and it didn't help any. But thank's for the tip i'd try it

@Bella27 hot showers don't help, they make you awake. you are taking the opposite option.
