My friend just came from college and threw his bag at me in frustration. Today He had his f**k all exam and and at one point he asked to me 'Bro,smart work or hard work which is needed?
Well i tell you guys he is very hardworking, but the problem is most of the time he doesn't get what he is worth of.

Smart work or hard work? is the fruit of the trees, and the roots of the trees happens to be your perception of what is life about, in a NUTSHELL work any way you like, hard or smart way , its not the methods which keeps you happy, its the happy emotions attached the the way you work.

@Mr_Pogonophile hardwaor can never be replaced or compromised but always club it with smart work . I have seen many of my very talented and hardworking ex colleagues from prestigious institutes tend to spend around 12 hours daily working with no facebook tab or any online shopping sort of tab opened alongwith. At the same time, I had lso spotted few young joinee to manipulate their luck by their outgoing nature and social abundance , they reached peak package within short time and were also capable to do a part time job.

Today's generation, rush, rush and pass their Masters. They expect high grade Executive jobs with good salary day one of their jobs. So how much of hard work done to show your smart work. A real company of great values will not recruit employees unless and until they have experience. For the same job if the boss feels an OL with experience will be able to do a better job, he will recruit the candidate for the prosperity of the Organization.
