35 Minutes

Two days ago I decided to go on a walk after dropping my son off at school. It's the perfect neighborhood since it's all steep up and down streets. I only lasted 35 minutes but a start is a start and it felt great. I was a little tired for the rest of the day which really shows me how out of shape I have become. I need to start focusing on my diet and a smaller pant size. Day by day my dreams can come true.

@infatuatedbby I just need to get back down to a healthy range. I already have health issues I don't want to push them any further.

My doctor told me last week thatwe should walk half an hour every day. That is enough.

You and me both. I'm picking up a scale today and I've joined Weight Watchers online, so I will be responsible for taking off the pounds. I had too much fun putting the weight on and now it's time to find a way to have just as much fun taking it back off!

It certainly is fun putting it on. I know here lately I have had a soda problem and the scale shows it! Usually I avoid soda I need to start ignoring it again.
