Rains!!

Kevin, good warning but not strong enough to warn people, by the time, they get your warning, they will be washed away in the floods. You know these are natural disaster, however equipped you may be, you will be caught in second before you realize. If your living in an area where there are rivers and tributaries, which passes cross main roads, railway stations, people will find it very difficult to save themselves from floods if it rains heavily. I am sure the past history will help to warn the people in such areas.

yes Kevin they have to be so careful with those heavy rains here we have not'had 'any of that wet stuff and its been over a year Southern California is dried up

Here the river runs through the city and it often floods. Luckily I'm on slightly raised ground so although the fllods apparently come very close to me they don't flood the roads immediately around me. I got my car stuck in a flood once and the fire brigade had to drag my car out

Stay dry and stay indoors.
