I can't sleep. I went to bed early and woke up too soon. Who else is here on MyLot as they cannot sleep?

Well I don't sleep even if I lay hours on the bed....some say am insomniac but I just know I ain't

Yes I too can't sleep immediately after laying on bed.

I have a sleeping problem so I avoid drinking coke and coffee.

I work the nights. So falling asleep is always a problem
