Dry Skin? ( 5 Natural Remedies)

2.Milk
3.Honey
4.Yogurt
5.Coconut Oil
Olive Oil- Right before showers you can use Olive oil as a lotion. Just leave it on your skin for at least an hour before jumping in. Olive oil contains antioxidants, and fatty acids that is great for dry skin.
Milk- You can take a wash cloth soak it into milk, then hold on your skin 5 mins at a time and wash off with warm water. Milk has anti inflammatory properties that help get rid of dry itchy skin.
Honey- Its a messy method but work's wonder's. Before getting into a shower rub honey all over your body leave it on for 10 Min's then take your shower. You can repeat this daily for best results. Honey is considered one of the best natural moisturizers!
Yogurt - Massage yogurt into your skin anywhere and everywhere even on face. Leave it on for 10 mins then shower. Yogurt has been known to have lactic acid contents which rids bacteria and dry or irritating skin.
Coconut Oil- You can apply the oil in a thin coat all over skin before bedtime. Leave it on over night til morning then shower. Do this daily to make skin soft and smooth. Coconut oil is really good for dry skin, because of it's good fatty acids!
