Writing is so hard! I had a small 96 page book wrote and published even though they have sold copies i haven't seen a penny. They kept a hold on my book for eight year's due to me trusting they'd pay! Most online publishing companies are complete rip off's! So this is good information to know that Amazon pays!

There is a friend of mine who has recently decided to become an author within the past couple of years. She's had pretty great success with two small publishing companies. The first company she was using was Sara Book Publishing (tho I did notice more typographical errors in the book) that were not caught. The current company she is using is Limitless Publishing and she is very pleased with them. They also sell her books through Amazon and local bookstores, and she is seeing the money come in. Food for thought, next time around, you might check them out!

You sold 7 copies and only made $3??? That does not seem like a lot. I used to sell on Amazon. But their commissions were way to high that I stopped.
