Feeling stressed?

I found how to get rid of stress in your life. I'm in college, and I'm taking a class on how to improve your life during which we needed to read a book about the affects of exercise on your body. Although exercise actually is the best cure for stress, I'm not going to talk about that because most people know they should exercise, and having one more person tell them they should isn't going to suddenly create a habit for them.
So, while I was researching about this book (and getting on a very long link-clicking tangent) I came across the site Calm.com, where they have a free 7-day meditation "class". All you have to do is listen to this woman talk for 10 minutes a day, and I promise you, it will help you calm down and keep your mind from whirring at 100 mph.
Try it out, and come let me know if it does (or doesn't) work for you!

Haha, I agree, but luckily most of it is just music, not talking.

For many people, meditation has a negative connotation. To be honest, there was a time when I would've seen meditation in that light. For those of you looking to improve your health, clarity of mind, sense of well-being and productivity, meditation is for you. Meditation provides a much deeper and more profound level of rest. As a result, every aspect of our life is rejuvenated.
