Fitness Journal 9/23

Today I woke up later than I usually do because I went to bed way later than I usually do. 3 in the morning to be exact. I knew I would regret going to bed so late but I did it anyway watching netflix. I woke up at about 10am which means I got 6 hours of sleep. I didn't know how I was going to feel today but it wasn't too bad. I woke up feeling alright and had a good breakfast. I still worked out today too. I did my T5 cardio and then did some yoga. I also did some hip hop cardio but not for very long. I felt great after and am so glad I didn't blow it off. I am thinking about possibly doing some yoga later on tonight, but that depends on how I feel later. I had pasta salad for dinner and it was good, but I am still hungry and still have over a thousand calories allowed for today thanks to my working out. I may make myself something else to eat. What have you been up to today?
