I do at times get lost in my own thoughts. I don't do it a lot but when I do it is a happy place for me.

of-course I am.. I do this when ever I purchase a lottery ticket... lol... I imagine that I have won the Grand prize and Im planning the things to do from that.... haha so silly, isn't it?

Sometimes I day dream. Specially when I am in class or doing something that I don't want to be doing.

it happens in steps for me....first i see or read something, then i start talking to myself about it like a crazy person, then my mind drifts off ...and the day dreaming starts. When i get back from it i really need to try hard to focus on what i was doing before...i drifted.
