I lost the contest

ON 22 sept.,i had a District level Essay writing Competition in my college.i had prepared a lot almost for a month but still i was not able to get in the State level contest.the result came on Thursday itself in evening but none of my teacher told me about my failure.they kept saying “meet me tomorrow”.Friday was a holiday,I met me teacher on Saturday…she still didn’t told me that I was not selected but I interpreted from her words. it was a small competition but i am very much disheartened by this defeat as last year, I was a state level prize winner.this time also I was expecting to win at state level but gosh…

Maybe she didn't want to discourage you, Don't give up. there can never be a worth win with out tons of losses.
