One of the most difficult things for me as a human being is to be patient.
How wonderful it is to see a calm patient person in the difficulties of life. How painful to experience someone who becomes bitter, harsh and angry when he is opposed and contradicted.
Don't you think patience is a marvellous virtue to pursue?
There are so many "How to do this and how to do that" on the web, and maybe there are even some on becoming patient. Good if it works for you!
I has never worked for me.
Patience is so difficult to learn, that God himself, must teach us how to obtain it. It cannot really be achieved by human and psychological techniques.
Here is how he does it:-
And not only this, but we even glory in the tribulations, knowing that the tribulation works patience; Rom 5:3
Let these words sink into our minds and hearts. Let us read them again and again.
AFFLICTION PRODUCES PATIENCE

I like to remember the words of Mother Julian of Norwich:"But Jesus, who in this Vision informed me of all that is needful to me, answered by this word and said: It behoved that there should be sin; but all shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well."
Those words always give me calm because they remind me that if I put matters into the Lord's hands, He will deal with them in such a way that only good will come out of it. If He also chooses to give me a part to play in those things, then I know that, whatever I do in His recognisance, will come out according to His Will and that, if I stumble and don't play my part well, He already knows that and will make it good.

Wise words my dear friend Owlwings, is it? Reminds me of Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose.
Julian was a very god fearing woman indeed.

A central and helpful letter to read, and maybe the one that gives us the most insight into our own human nature.
Rom 3:10 just as it is written, "There is no one righteous, not even one;
there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God.
All have turned aside together; they have become worthless; There is no one who practices kindness; there is not even on Their throat is an opened grave; they deceive with their tongues; the venom of asps is under their lips, whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness. Their feet are swift to shed blood; destruction and distress are in their paths,and they have not known the way of peace. The fear of God is not before their eyes."
This is how we are as fallen human beings, now wonder we need to become born again and start with a completely new life!

I can not control my anger, of course, it does not come so easily. But, when I get I become totally irritated and people are afraid of me just for this. I really wonder why I suddenly get angry. Again I control myself and drink a glass of water. I think it is all due to some psychological problem. Even using some medicines also affect this temperament.

Just read the verses I have quoted on top. There you will see how God gives us a picture of what we are according to the flesh. ALL of us are like that, some people can just hide it better than others.
The huge factor in your favour is that you are acknowledging the problem, and Jesus will never leave such a person alone and without help. Read John 8:32
However, there are two great truths that we need to acknowledge:-
1. We are completely corrupt by nature and because of that total depravity...
3. God in his almighty power is the only one who can help us.
Your problem might be enhanced by a chemical imbalance in your brain hormones.

For me it depends upon the situation.it just like my wife she can't control her temper ,she doesn't care where,and what will be the outcome,for her she must say what is her opinion as long as she knows she is right just don't ruin her day because she's just like a buffalo

Ai, ai, ai.....the wife, the wife the wife. They are a great tool in God's hand to bring us to salvation.
Read what God recommends:-
Eph_5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it;
Here is the Golden commandment for a happy marriage, and one of the greatest reasons why we desperately need God's help and power.
