How often do you do jogging and how many miles can you jog the most ?

I usually jog for half an hour each time and I can run 9-10 rounds in the tracking field. How about you. Share with us ?

I used to do jogging during 30 years, usually 2 or 3 miles 3 times per week. I stopped four years ago and I switched to bicycle. I am trying to do 2 rides a week, 1 of about 10 miles on a path forbidden to cars near the river, and a longer one during the weekend on different roads and paths, usually 20 to 30 miles. My previous bicycle was stolen a month ago. I bought another second hand bicycle last week, a race bike recently modified into a hybrid bike, and I did my first ride yesterday. It has only a 45/52 on the chain wheel ; it is good for a professional racing cyclist, but it hurt my old legs. I am not sure that I will keep this bike.

@wildlittlefan Lol, thank you, this one looks very nice. Four years ago, my first bike was a mountain bike, but I thought that it was not running fast enough. My last one runs too fast for me.

I don't jog. I only do brisk walking for 10 rounds (about 4.6 kilometers) at the ovals in 44 to 46 minutes.

Walking is also a good exercise as well. I think you need more of this after a long walk, right?

It's been a while since I got out on the road running again so have signed myself up for my first half marathon next March. To trick myself into training for it I have signed up for my first 50 mile virtual race this month. Hoping the challenge will kick start my training.

I already missed running. My last run was almost 2 years ago. That is when I joined in fun run and with a thousand of contestants, I finished second place. :D

I jogged for about 30to45 minutes only.sometimes I jogged but sometimes I do the biking with my kids

jogging is undoubtedly good exercise for health and I always wish to jogging for 30 to 35 minutes. .....but I am unable to complete my target because of some illness. .....now I prefer morning walk for 1 hour and feeling much better.

I have never been constant with running. Being flat-footed I always tend to have shin pain after which I abruptly stop.
