Freezer Meals

So this weekend I tried Meal Planning for my boyfriend since he works 16 hours a day. I turned to trying out simple freezer meals that he could quickly make; whether it be throwing it in the crockpot in morning or in the oven for 30 minutes at night. For 3 hours I prepared around 15 meals for him to use. I'm sure if I was more organized about it I could have done more or done it faster, but again it was my first time trying it. He made the first meal yesterday and loved it! So I would say it was a success!

I do something similar to this. My husband is a truck driver so he's gone a lot and we tend to do most of our cooking on the weekend. So I take all of our leftovers and make meals out of them for him to take with him.
