Where is God asked by our President!

Today I read an article indicating that our president questioned the existing of God when a baby was raped, when there are killings in Syria. Why he allowed evil things happened. In my opinion, evil things are created by human, therefore it also human who can stop it. Take for example of the different revolutionary or war like WW1 and WW2, these are created by humans, and it was also stopped by humans too. A video which I watched has this message about existence of God. It explained that there is God only that we cannot see him when evil things looms around us. The video further explained, that God does not create evil things, evil things are the result if the man has no God's love in their heart. Is there time in your life you asked God where he is? Do you blame Him? Is it ok to drag Him when there no favorable results around us?
