I started my 36 hours train journey on Saturday night from Bangalore to Delhi. I knew this journey was going to be very tiring and boring as I was travelling alone. My husband could not make this because of his prior commitments. So when I went to my seat, I found that I already had 4 co-passengers waiting there. All of them were young boys not more than 22 years max. I generally don't mingle with strangers when I am travelling alone. So I went to my seat and slept. In the morning loud voice and laughter interrupted my sleeping. Those boys were having some good time.I had never imagined that my bore journey can be so interesting with the company of these strangers. They asked me if I know how to play cards which I denied
So there I got new teachers who taught me how to play cards. At the sametime they did share their college talks with me. I also did not notice that by when I became part of their group. I lived the journey with them. It seems that we knew each other for quite long time and wished to continue the journey a bit more. Trust me it's rightly said that your time will pass too quick ii you have a good company. These long journey with some strangers gave me some sweet memories that I will cherish forever.
I am.sure such incidents must have happened with you where strangers become part of your life or journey. Please share with me. I would love to hear.

@deepamukherjee I travel usually till Bhopal and even my wife does the same. She always says it`s apprehensive in the beginning of the journey as to what kind of people would be around but while she was habitual to such travel , she told fellow passengers would be good to make her time pass by with ease. My observation is I would find IT guys and Army airforce people in abundance while such trips from Bangalore.

Hi Manisha,
Yes. The boys were not only young and charming but they reminded me of my college time when I used to be a student. They were so much full of energy.
