Why are you not warning people?

Let me ask this? If you know in a certain forest dwells a huge monster that maims and devours little children, will you not severely warn a child who plans to go there? Thinking of that maimed, quiet , and helpless little corpse lying there, will you not suffer great remorse because you kept quiet? It is the same with us Christians. If you know without a doubt that someone's deeds will lead him to hell, why do you not warn him? Are you afraid that he will make a joke out of it? He will belittle you? Hear what God says about warning people. "Mortal man," he said, "I am making you a lookout for the nation of Israel. You will pass on to them the warnings I give you. If I announce that someone evil is going to die but you do not warn him to change his ways so that he can save his life, he will die, still a sinner, but I will hold you responsible for his death. If you do warn an evil man and he doesn't stop sinning, he will die, still a sinner, but your life will be spared.
