Why are you not warning people?

Let me ask this? If you know in a certain forest dwells a huge monster that maims and devours little children, will you not severely warn a child who plans to go there?
Thinking of that maimed, quiet , and helpless little corpse lying there, will you not suffer great remorse because you kept quiet?
It is the same with us Christians.
If you know without a doubt that someone's deeds will lead him to hell, why do you not warn him? Are you afraid that he will make a joke out of it? He will belittle you?
Hear what God says about warning people.
"Mortal man," he said, "I am making you a lookout for the nation of Israel. You will pass on to them the warnings I give you.
If I announce that someone evil is going to die but you do not warn him to change his ways so that he can save his life, he will die, still a sinner, but I will hold you responsible for his death.
If you do warn an evil man and he doesn't stop sinning, he will die, still a sinner, but your life will be spared. Eze 3:17
It is true love that makes us give warnings, despite the fact that we will be criticized and belittled.

I think you've touched on something that so many of us who call ourselves Christian are guilty of. What, really are we afraid of? I'm guilty myself and I'm not sure why.

Sometimes I don't warn them because I don't know if it is okay for them or not that's why I keep on silent

We cannot just jump in and exhort people left, right and centre. You are right there. People need to be receptive for what we have to say, otherwise it will have no effect.
But this is a public platform and here you can speak the truth freely, it might just help someone.

The Spirit gives one person the power to work miracles to another, the gift of speaking God's message and to yet another, the ability to tell the difference between gifts that come from the Spirit and those that do not. To one person he gives the ability to speak in different ways and to another he gives the ability to explain what is said.
The above paragraph appears on the first letter written to the Corinthians at 12:10 to be exact. A person might give something out of charity and sometimes even though we try to give something can receive a rebuttal just like Jesus did.

Very good point. I don't know if I warn people exactly, but I do present the Bible in a way that is applicable to their lives.
