This is how i helped my cousins tackle hair fall and hair damage issues .
You can see the result in 4-5 applications.
1) Oiling
A lot of people say you shouldnt oil your scalp. Personally oiling has always been good for me .
If you have thin straight hair use less oil as it may clog your pores.
For wavy and thick hair use a little more than less. Not too much though. Pure almond oil ( roghan badam shirin ) is the best that i can suggest.
This step is optional but if you want better results then add a few drops of " tea tree " and " rosemary " essential oil to your almond oil. Just two drops should be sufficient.
Never let the oil stay for too long or too less . It always messes up the texture of your hair. Apply the oil and keep it overnight. Without fail wash it the next morning.
2) shampoo
Change your shampoo immediately !
I have used loreal , Tony and guy , pantene blah blah. List is long and let me tell you , more commercialised - much worse. You might probably laugh but try vatika ( green one ). I was made fun of when I would suggest it but later you won't regret. Also , please don't use conditioner. Let your hair get used to only shampoo . It's always more beneficial in the long run.
3) shikakai
It works amazing ! use only herbal shikakai without any additives .
Usually you experience a lot of hair fall while shampooing the hair. You won't loose even half the strands if your just rinse your hair with shikakai water . Boil the powder in water and just rinse the hair with it. No need to wash separately with shampoo after that .
Dandruff can also be a cause for hair fall . For Dandruff use hibiscus oil and candid tv solution ( blue bottle ).
Do try this and see the result for yourself.I bet that there isn't a single friend of mine this hasn't worked on.

A regular sleep schedule can help as well. My sleep schedule was all over the place for a while and lack of sleep led to a lack of hair.
