Now this girl I had helped with some work and then they had an issue paying her (yes I knew this and then she wouldn't pay me for another month after). So that month goes by and then she got paid last Thursday (I know because I help out other routes and then got paid Thursday).
She said she'd pay me the money plus the cost of 3 tickets (her and her 2 friends) which was $60 total plus the $$200 she owed me.
So I asked last night and she made every excuse. I was getting mad, because if she said I can give x amount here or there that would be fine. But no she doesn't she is thinking I am a fool. She is on welfare, works under the table, and thend oes this.
My friend who we went together knew I was getting mad. She said she would pay me this morning,I go I doubt you will give me a penny. Typical useless.
So I am out the money. So I walked off enjoyed my night, and went to a different hotel for the night. The fact her 2 friends didn't even offer the money for the tickets. Meanwhile the sametime they were trying to get me to use my credit card to book a hotel room and I said no because they wouldn't pay me.
She then had the nerve to ask me to go to Toronto to a show Satruday and I go no. I am not driving your lazy butt around.

That is crazy they had the nerve to ask of you o book the hotel (use your credit card) knowing they aren't paying you back. Best to not hang out with those people!

@ricki_911 Or if they ordered room service or go to any amenities like a spa they could charge it to the hotel. How did the payment go of the cheaper hotel?

@infatuatedbby Exactly, then I have to pay for it. I paid my hotel with my credit card and I know nothing will be added to it.

Exactly,I was in shock. Plus, if they damage anything in the room it would be charged to my credit card. So we got a cheaper hotel room down the road.

That is crazy. They are taking advantage of your and your kindness and your friendship. I am glad you put your foot down and decided no more! You don't need friends like that. I hope you do get your money back though.

I highly doubt it.
The one girl is 25 and can't hold a job nor feels the need to pay for anything. The one girl apparently paid for their hotel room. Yet, didn't even offer to pay $20 ticket I bought, then when I mentioned it she just ignored me. The other girl is 47 and clearly irresponsible. She is the one that owes me the $200, and then the ticket money.

@ricki_911 Sorry to hear that. I guess it is a lesson learned then. :(

I completely agree! I just can't see how people can act this way.

@ricki_911 I don't get it either. I don't see how they can have an easy time treating people like that.

Dude, every time she comes up to you asking money, all you got to do is keep the 'the largest river in Africa' mode on.
'Denial' mode.
