I'm reaching out as someone who is not overally religious etc but I just found out my mother is in the hospital and she's had another heart attack...So I am just reaching out to ask for warm wishes, well thoughts, or prayers from those of you who are more religious. I'm not sure if that's against the rules, but in a community like this, I thought it'd be a good place to start. I wont be able to go see her til tomorrow, but I'm hoping everything is going to be okay.

I too am hoping that the attack was not a bad one and that she will recover. I will ask my wife to help send chi through her Tai Chi class. Chi is the fundamental live force that flows through us all.

@ThatWifeyLife She has taken it for several years now. It helps with flexiblility and balance. I take yoga.

@JamesHxstatic I have always wanted to get into yoga, but I've never made that jump, I probably need Tai Chi first because I'm not all that flexible. I keep telling my husband yoga would probably help with his leg and back pain a bit.

Yes, I've never met a nicer group of people to be honest. Yes that does help to be able to get updates throughout the night, I couldn't hardly sleep.

@Hatley yes everyone has been so kind and helpful. I hope she is able to go home soon as well. Her BP is pretty high right now, and they're trying to get that stabilized.

It's a sad situation, but I hope your mom is strong enough to overcome it. Try to stay next to her all time you can. In this situation, she needs to feel that someone is with her. Feeling your love and from the rest of the family will help her to improve.
