How to protect ourself from cellphone radiations? / myLot

Apart from the usual practice of keeping cellphones away from us at the time we are not using it , could you suggest any effective ways to avoid our exposure to the fatal radiations. Have you ever suffered from cellphone radiations?

few things one can follow to avoid radiations as text more , use headphones or speaker while talking or don't use your cellphones when signal quality is poor....
