If You watch it online is it stealing? / myLot

We all now that piracy is stealing right? here in the Philippines we have issues with piracy because pirated dvd's are everywhere.. now online you can watch movies on different websites free or otherwise. now I know some of you will say that if its paid its legal.... but there are some sites that are not affiliated with the movie but will still charge you.... so what do you guys think?

watching netflix is legal. soon philipines will have the netflix or maybe it already has.

I'm not sure.... how much does netflix charge is it as much as ppv?

@Iamsopia the media that shows you some copyrighted contents are definitely doing an illicit act. But being you the audience, I do not believe you should be stealing something, rest depends on the liberty of laws privileged in your country.

I don't actually think it's stealing but I know it's also not legal though unless it's paid. But who cares? Why do we have Youtube or other streaming sites if we're not even allowed to watch from them right? Just a thought though :)
