I woke up this morning to see the news about this horrible train wreck in Hoboken, New Jersey. So far there has been only one dead person but they think there will be more bodies found as the day goes on.
I rode that train many times when I lived in New Jersey and I cannot imagine the impact when it hit. That train is one of the many that bring people from New Jersey to New York to go to their jobs as well as shopping, etc.
Those trains go so fast so I can only imagine the impact when the train stopped. My husband rode that train for years as we lived in New Jersey but he worked in New York.
Prayers go out to everyone involved and at this time they have not ruled out foul play. Lets hope not.

My husband's son takes that train but he leaves super early in the morning for the city. They live at the shore and he works in Manhattan.

@ramapo17 Thousands and thousands. Usually when I went in the city we took the bus.

@AbbyGreenhill I drove in the city many times and had no problem. The key is to act and drive like New Yorkers. Back in the days, everyone use to lay on their horns but now there is a law they are not allowed to do that any more.

That train crash was horrible but thankfully everyone we know who rides it are okay. Prayers for the victims and I'm hoping it wasn't foul play

I feel bad about this news that so many people got injured from this train accident. I hope that there will be a fast investigation and explanation about why and how it happened. I hope those injured will get recovered very soon.
