Exercise or any form of workout is always good.but everyone who believes in it does it for different reasons....
Some do it to lose weight, look skinny n beautiful, fit in old clothes, keep their body moving, n some for good health
My reason is something different..... I exercise only to be happy , to feel good about myself n feel elated at the thought of blood running through my blood vessels....
Also post exercise I feel relaxed and content....
A feel a day without exercise is a great day that was wasted
How many of you agree with me????
And for all those who don't exercise wanna give it a try...
Stand up, start from a pinch and u shall feel good for sure
Let us use this platform to discuss our daily workout no matter how short it might me
This can help me n u all to stay stimulated towards exercise m above all fell good about ourselves which is d most important....
Let's start
Today I finished my 45min walk

Hello Dr. Kokil, I second you. What you just said was exactly what was going on my mind right now. Working out or any other exercise can give you real satisfaction and concentration too.
I workout for about 40 minutes daily, my day starts at the gym and it feels really good after coming home from there.
Kudos to you as you are giving a try to improve yourself.

I definitely agree of its importance in one's health .
In fact , when my doctor saw that i have a high cholesterol in my lab result , she asked me if i can make at lleast 30 minutes exercise a day . But told her i can't since after office and arriving at home at 7:30 or 8:00 in the evening i am already so tired .
So instead she prescribed me medicine . That alone tells that regular exercise can help us regulate all our blood levels, like bp , cholesterol and triglyceride .

@amitkokiladitya Well said! Yes many do it to lose weight and that is why I would love to start exercising again BUT I also do love the feeling of finishing a workout. It makes me feel accomplished as well as just happy working out.

I always do exercises for thirty minutes a day. it ranges from yoga to teakwondo, to simple push ups and jogs here and there. It actually stimulates my brain to absorb more information that I needed for my study.
