Hi Friends, I don't mind saying that I am foodie. I love roadside foods. Momos or dimsums are one such food item that I cannot resist. The red chilly & tomato sauce is the center point of attraction. If I need to describe this momos in one word it would be "YUMMY".So as stated earlier nowadays I am in Delhi so I had momos and trust me I felt like I am in heaven. Which snacks do you love to eat and cannot resist?

These seems to be simple but a but tough to make at home. You have to prepare it by stuffing it with chicken or vegetables and then they need to steamed till be ready to eat.

I surely would love that too , because it has a red chilly dip . I love foods with dips. I am actually salivating just looking at the picture . By the way , what is inside it ?

There are two types of momos in this plate, one is veg in which there is stuff of cabbage, onion and garlic ginger. The other one is non veg momos in which the stuffing is of chicken and onion. These are steamed.

I also loved the steamed ones. I don't find the fried ones yummy but yes you can try the roasted ones. Those are also very tasty.
