Don't let your mood influence on your attitude.

We should always keep our mouth shut when we are angry. Count to 15 before you say something. I often let my mood takeover my attitude and some innocent people will get splashed my anger towards them, leading me to regret. So my lesson of the day is, do not let your mood influence your attitude. Be natural.

Exactly. Man simply experiences mood swings. Moods aren't permanent. So we should learn to promise nothing when happy, say nor do nothing when angry. They can be regrettable at the long run.

This is how I behave with my husband, I keep quiet until he completes his shouting. Sometimes, suddenly he stops and ask me why I don't talk. I walk away which really annoys him, Next you hear a door bang. This is a judgement God has given human beings to be their own judge.
