You are special : you are also the only Portuguese that I know who does not speak French

. I used to drink a lot of coffee but I had to switch to tea because coffee was not good for my stomach. I still drink coffee on occasion, but I can live without it now. When I stopped, I was like a zombie during a few days : not awaken, less attentive, etc.

My broher-in-law too doesn't drink coffee . So at breakfast , he drinks milk and sometimes makes an instant juice . Yes, i do drink coffee during breakfast and after i have taken a nap during our lunch break . I eat an early lunch at 10:00 during snack time so i nap during our lunch break .

@fufurinha Yes, I get plenty of sleep each night! Caffeine has really never affected my sleep cycle, at least that I'm aware of. I seem to fall asleep just fine, and I seem to sleep throughout the night, and I seem to wake up easily in the morning.

I love the effect that coffee brings. It kind of energizes the mood and get a fresh motivation to do my work. If you don't have coffee, I suppose you have tea. Am I right.

I was a coffee addict for most of my life. Into my second week now of trying to kick the habit. I love the taste and just felt like I needed it every morning. My husbands with you though, he won't go near the stuff.
