September 30, 2016 3:55pm CST
So, I read somewhere that it's very good to add some coconut oil into our cup of coffee. healthier, burn fat and taste better, they said. Some article said to add butter instead. Have you guys try this recipe? Is it really taste good?

Yes, i think it is called Bulletproof coffee. But i think people are suppose to replace their breakfast with it...it has a whole lotta calories so it is best to have a active life so you can burn the extra calories. People say it tastes awesome...but from my research i thought this might not be for me...because i don't have a active lifestyle...where will all the fat from the butter go? And also, they say it is a specific kind of butter that should be used...that is not available here.

Do not ever add butter to your coffee. It does not turn out well. The coconot oil might be alright. I would only add a very small amount though.

For real..? haha.. I'm glad I haven't try this myself. I think coconut oil will make the coffee taste more creamy.

@april_ang I have never tried it.It is true that adding these may have health benefits. But it is better you drink your coffee as Pure Coffee without changing the taste.
