I use start with water,or coffee(made with water). Lately I've been having juice.

After that I do drink a cup of warm water with 1 sp of honey and 1/2 piece of lemon.

@amitkokiladitya I usually only have a mouthful of water when I wake up if I am feeling thirsty. I don't always feel good after drinking a big amount of water so I take it slow. For some reason too much water quickly makes me feel sick.
