I wish for first two, third doesn't apply to me. Weight is easy to shed. I wish....because I don't get.

Unfortunately I am like most people in this country, I gain more than I want to. My grandson had a great idea. He said the people who want to lose weight should give half their food to people who are starving and then everyone would be happy.

@amitkokiladitya Some people are lucky to eat a lot and not gain anything. I gain weight easily but I know that when I start eating right and exercising enough, I start to lose weight quicker than I thought I would. I would love to get back on track with the right diet and exercise. That is another goal for me this year.
