When's the last time you had your well deserved R&R?

We all need one people!! It's been a long while since I got my own dose of R&R but NO MORE. my sister treated me to a whole day of massage and pampering.. can't wait!! to be honest though I still would't be getting any R&R if my sister didn't pay for it :) since recently being a single mom I have other priorities to spend on rather than this.. So how about you guys when as the last time ?
